Dermal Filler Injections in Orlando
Restore the volume and definition time has taken, and look like the best version of yourself, not someone else. Dermal fillers give you visible results in a single visit, with little to no downtime and a natural finish.
Dermal fillers are smooth gel injections, most often made of hyaluronic acid (HA), a sugar molecule your skin already makes to hold moisture. As we age we lose HA, collagen and fat, and bone gradually changes shape, so the face loses volume and support. Filler replaces that volume exactly where it is placed, so results are visible the moment you leave.
Different areas need different gels. Softer, flexible fillers suit lips and fine lines; firmer, more lifting gels support cheeks, chin and jawline. That is why we carry the full range from both leading manufacturers:
Allergan Juvéderm® collection: Juvéderm® Ultra XC, Ultra Plus XC, Voluma® XC, Volbella® XC, Vollure® XC and Volux® XC. Learn more about Juvéderm.
Galderma Restylane® line: Restylane®, Restylane-L®, Restylane® Lyft, Silk, Refyne, Defyne, Kysse, Contour and Eyelight. Learn more about Restylane.
Results typically last 6–18 months depending on the product and area. Prefer gradual, longer-lasting volume? Ask about Sculptra.

Sound Familiar? Challenges Dermal Fillers Help You Overcome
These are the concerns we hear most often from filler patients, and how we solve them.
“I look tired or older than I feel.”
Lost volume in the cheeks, temples and under-eyes creates shadows that make you look worn out. Placing filler where support has faded brings back a fresh, rested look in one appointment.
“I’m afraid of looking overdone.”
Overfilled faces come from too much product in the wrong places. We start conservatively, respect your natural proportions and add more at your follow-up only if you want it.
“My face has lost its definition.”
A softer jawline, flatter cheeks or a weaker chin can change your whole profile. Firm, lifting gels like Juvéderm® Volux® XC and Restylane® Defyne restore structure and contour.
“I’ve heard filler horror stories.”
Most complications come from inexperienced injectors. Our Nurse Practitioners inject every day, know facial anatomy in depth, and keep hyaluronidase on hand to dissolve hyaluronic acid filler if ever needed.
“I’m nervous about pain and needles.”
Most fillers contain lidocaine, and we apply numbing cream first. Most patients describe it as pressure and a few quick pinches, and are surprised how easy it was.
“I have an event coming up.”
Filler works instantly, so it is ideal before weddings, reunions and photos. Book at least 2 weeks ahead so any swelling or bruising has time to settle.
Your Filler Results Timeline
Unlike collagen stimulators, filler results are visible right away. Here is what to expect.
Treatment Day
You’ll see the difference before you leave. Some swelling and tenderness is normal.
Days 3–7
Swelling and any bruising settle. Avoid strenuous exercise and alcohol for the first 24 hours.
Week 2
Your final result. We see you for a complimentary follow-up to make sure you love it.
6–18 Months
Results last, depending on the product and area. Lips tend to last 6–12 months; cheeks and jawline often a year or more.

Frequently Asked Questions About Dermal Fillers
How long do fillers last?
About 6–18 months, depending on the product and area. Lips tend to last 6–12 months; cheeks and jawline often last a year or more.
Which filler is best, Juvederm or Restylane?
Neither is better overall. Each line has gels designed for specific areas, and the right choice depends on the area, the look you want and how your tissue responds. Because we carry both full lines, we can match the product to you.
Do fillers hurt?
Most patients feel little discomfort thanks to numbing cream and the lidocaine in most fillers.
Will I look overdone?
Not with a conservative approach. We start with less and add at follow-ups if needed.
Can filler be reversed?
Yes. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase, which is one reason it is the most popular non-surgical facial treatment.
Is filler safe?
In experienced hands, HA fillers have a strong safety record. Common side effects are swelling, tenderness, redness and bruising. Rare but serious risks include injection into a blood vessel (vascular occlusion), which is why injector training and anatomy knowledge matter.
Can filler move or migrate?
It is uncommon when filler is placed correctly in the right amount. Our blog post on preventing filler migration explains what helps.
What is the difference between filler and Botox?
Botox relaxes the muscles that cause lines when you move; filler adds volume and structure. Many patients use both.
How soon before an event should I get filler?
At least 2 weeks before, so any swelling or bruising has time to settle.
How do I choose the right injector?
Look for a licensed medical provider who injects daily, shows real before and afters, offers both major filler brands, and can explain risks and how they manage them. Ask how many filler treatments they perform each week.
Can filler make me look younger without surgery?
Yes. Restoring lost volume and structure is one of the most effective non-surgical ways to soften signs of aging. Our blog compares filler vs. facelift if you are weighing both.
Can I combine filler with Botox?
Yes. Botox softens movement lines while filler restores volume, and many patients do both for a balanced, refreshed result.
What should I avoid before filler?
If your doctor allows, avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil and alcohol for a few days before treatment to reduce bruising.
